Well, first of all...what a relief to have survived the month of October! it was intense and so much fun! my sister Geeta and all the family was together! All of the family were really proud of us…everything worked out really well…despite a few (more than a few actually) disasters…like the kitchen at the mandir (temple) being a mess bcuz the grease trap backed up and spewed grease and water all over the kitchen the night before the wedding…and half the people at my house were up all night trying to get it cleaned…some people who deserve a shout-out --> kunal, geeta and sheena! poor people who barely slept.….and the reception had a few disasters or near disasters as well à the caterers at the reception did not set up a head table(!!it was a surprise) and then they put the cake table on the wrong side of the room and we had like zero minutes to move it to the right place…did I mention that there were 5-6 cakes with a MF'in fountain underneath one of them…needless to say that we moved the table rather slowly…and of course the kicker of the evening…the caterers all thought dinner was at 930 when we planned for 730…oooh awkward…we completely changed our entire agenda at a second’s notice and moved all the speeches to the front of the evening …and everything worked our perfectly. Kunal and my cousin jr did an AMAZING JOB…
