golden bday!

been awhile since i last wrote..sort of became low priority with all that studying...i think i questioned the whole "cma" thing at least once every week while i watched those ghetto acctg dvds...

but now its done...for now. I'm taking the entire month of december off from studying. heh. my next exam is not til march. awoohoo! its going to be about movies, chilling and whole lot of nothing.

as much as i studied...somehow there was always time for alittle party. ever since i realized that this year was golden for me. 27th bday on the 27th...i got alittle creative in celebrating the entire year...hee! went to mexico for the first time. it was nice to travel again. i was the queen at bargaining, its nice to see that i didnt forget everything my buddies in peru taught me.
thanks again guys!

sept and oct came and went, celebrating Alma's bday and with whole lot of studying and chilling. but november, i think, is my fave month of the year ...this year - it was especially good - nice weather, party weekend in calgary...

the second annual trip to calgary was as good as the first. though alittle less scandalous! Ardyce joined in on the fun...and ritu ...why have one gurjar...when you can have two!!

(sorry anj for missing u entirely, and sorry sheena for missing ur bday party!...), and then russell peters was here. that guy just kills me. especially his killer jokes about punjabi girls...i felt bad for any punjabi girls in the crowd...but damn that shit was funny...cuz you know it's all true.

after all - its all about understanding different cultures...you understand them so you can make fun. and thats exactly what !ussell peters does. and he's so good at it.

the house party after the show was good. it's fun meeting people with same bdays...i havent known too many people who have the same/close bdays to mine, ...except Micheal Vartan. I think he is the only one i know of that has the same bday as mine. i'm not complaining.

now november is over. the month ended great...i studied and wrote my test on the 3rd. thank god its over! i think i was going alittle crazy with stress from studying. and the exam wasnt even that difficult. it was challenging but not as bad as i had feared originally. After the exam, that night, the girls helped me celebrate that little milestone by stepping out in style to dantes. ...strange...my friends are always ready to celebrate...hehe.

that night of course, like always, ends with pure comedy and strange happenings. The coach from the the eskies was there..brought the grey cup with him. took some pics with the cup..how could i resist...its all abt the bragging rights at this point...and i dont even watch football. such a poser!


that night was one for the history books, with priya serenading on the cell ..in hindi..golden!
Dec ended well...exam over.

well, i'm going to try to work on this blog...i like the idea of it,..but it takes some time...so we'll see how this goes..:)
